Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (blue light flashing rapidly). A slowly flashing blue light means it's already connected to a device. If the problem continues, remove "DARKRIM SHADOW" from your phone's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.

FAQ
Check: The headphones are in 2.4G mode (green light flashing rapidly). The 2.4G receiver is firmly inserted. If issues continue, perform the "Receiver Binding" procedure.
Turn off the headphones and turn them on again to reconnect the phone. If there is still no sound, please reset the headphones to factory settings.
Tap the icon on the right side of the Bluetooth connection name, turn off and restart the “phone audio” and “media audio”. If there is still no sound, please pair the headphones with the phone again.
Delays can be caused by various factors such as the use environment, network conditions, and mobile system codecs.
Issues like Wi-Fi interference, 5G/4G signals, high-powered devices, etc., can lead to stuttering or intermittent sound. Please try to change the use environment, reducing the distance between the headphones and the phone, or re-pairing the devices.
Please check if there are any foreign objects in the charging port of the earbuds and ensure the charging head is properly inserted. Additionally, avoid using chargers that exceed the earbuds' charging power rating.
Use the provided charging cable to charge the product for at least 40 minutes before attempting to turn it on.
There is a signal-to-noise ratio of electronic audio components to measure the interference resistance. Slight background noise or electrical sound during usage is a normal phenomenon, especially noticeable at low volumes. Please use the product at a moderate volume.
Earpad materials can be damaged by exposure to water, alkaline substances, sun exposure, or wear and tear. Please handle with care, store them properly, and clean the ear pad surfaces regularly.
Core Bluetooth headphones features (such as dual-device pairing, EQ adjustment, etc.) rely on the phone's Bluetooth protocol. If you're using a phone released over 5 years ago with an outdated OS version (e.g., HarmonyOS 3.0 or earlier, iOS 15 or earlier), compatibility issues may arise due to protocol or driver mismatches. This is not a quality defect but a limitation of device technical compatibility. We recommend first attempting to update your phone's operating system (note: older models may not support updates). If unsuccessful, consider switching to a mainstream smartphone model.
